What does the Dulles Montessori School offer the families ?

The Dulles Montessori School is deeply committed to working in partnership with parents.  We recognize that the parents are the Childs first teacher and that parents know their children better than anyone.  We feel parents select our school and the Montessori Method of education because they are committed to their child and want the best that education has to offer their child.  At the Dulles Montessori school, we are honored when parent select our school and trust that we are both working towards a common goal- the education of their child.
Open Door Policy
Our school has an “open door “policy and we encourage parents to spend time with their child in the classroom environment.  We offer “parent education” nights to help parents better understand the Montessori method, their child’s temperament, learning style and developmental needs in relation to family and school dynamic=s.  We also offer social activities that enable families to get to know each other and the staff at the school.

The Dulles Montessori School encourages parents to share their time and talents with the children of the school.  Our parents help develop and sponsor events that enhance the life of the school
