Dulles Montessori School is always looking for exceptional people to join our staff. We are constantly seeking a team of dedicated teaching staff who are well qualified, demonstrate a good understanding of the developmental needs of children, demonstrate a genuine love for children, handle situations and communications effectively and consistently seek avenues for career enhancement.

We accept resumes year round. All lead teachers must be Montessori certified or a Montessori intern. Classroom assistant and support staff must have some experience working with children and a willingness to learn more about the Montessori method of education.
